•  Strong ability to handle objections and rejection

DESCRIPTION
The International Space Station Medical Program (ISSMP) Telescience Center (TSC) Operations Support position is responsible for preflight testing, verification, and documentation of TSC user data requirements. The TSC Operations Support Position is also acts as the data SME for Increment console operations teams and is responsible for real-time TSC customer support and user interface, as well as TSC user services logistics and equipment support. (This position does involve some shift work.) The TSC Operations Support position is also responsible for routing, verification, management and distribution of realtime data downlink from ISS and distribution to principal investigators.
