• CS degree, and at least eight (8) years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with C# is required.
• Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, DHTML/DOM, ASP.NET(C#), ADO.NET, XML, JavaScript, AJAX/jQuery and other web technologies.
• Web service and SOAP experience is a must; SOA, EAI, ESB experience is a plus.
• Must have hands-on development experience using Microsoft tools.
• Strong relational database skills with experience in application development using SQL Server 2008.
• Ability to develop stored procedures, ETL scripts, SSIS, and transactional-SQL calls.
• Aptitude and desire to deliver high-quality software quickly through iterative development; utilize experience with Agile/Scrum software development approach.
• Must have a strong background in object-oriented concepts, analysis and design.
• Ability to assist in the deployment to testing, staging, and production environments.
• Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and code-reading skills.
• Must be a self-starting team player, and have the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in consulting or within a software development company a strong plus.
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Solid professional references a must.
