Senior Accountant – Corporate A talented general ledger senior accountant wanted for a dynamic corporation. This role will own a majority of the month end close and most aspects of the accounting process. The position will report to the Controller and have indirect management experience. This is a laid back environment with a good work/life balance. Job Description: Job Requirements:
– Own month, quarter and year-end process
– Complex accounting analysis and reporting
– Consolidated financial statement preparation
– Complex account reconciliations
– Trial balance preparation
– Internal control, and process, updating
– Ad hoc analysis and projects
– Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
– 4+ years corporate accounting experience required
– Strong general ledger experience
– Strong accounting, and GAAP, knowledge
– Strong Excel
– Excellent writing, and communication, skills
